When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks after payment. As soon as your order has been picked up for shipment, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and the tracking number, allowing you to track your package until delivery.

Where can I check the status of my package?

Once your order has been picked up for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track the package.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

Within 3 business days of delivery, please send an email to hello@aetos.studio, stating your order number and contact details, and include photos of the packaging and the damaged product. We will contact you as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order

If your parcel is taking longer than expected, or if you can't find it using the tracking number, please contact us.

When will I receive the refund?

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the package, provided that all items are in unused and good condition, with their original packaging and labels attached. The amount will be refunded to the same account used for the purchase.

Can I return my order?

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to hello@aetos.studio with your order number and name. We will then send you a confirmation email with return instructions. Custom-made items cannot be returned.

Who pays the shipping costs for a returned package?

For a return, you only pay the shipping costs for this return; Aetos covers the processing costs. If the product arrives damaged and you wish to return it, please contact us first at hello@aetos.studio

Customization is possible, but depends on the specific request or item. Please contact us at hello@aetos.studio and we will get back to you shortly.

How do I file a complaint?

Which light is suitable?

For a pendant lamp, use LED bulbs up to a maximum of 20 Watts. For table or floor lighting, only use globe bulbs up to 10W. For a G9 fitting, a bulb up to 10W can be used.
